Since 2014, Spano Farm has welcomed guests to the farm for seasonal Farm-to-Table dinners that celebrate the best of what we grow. Each meal features thoughtfully crafted dishes made with fresh-picked produce straight from our fields – served with warmth, hospitality, and a true taste of Colorado. We host 4 to 6 dinners each year, with seating for up to 40 guests per event, making each gathering feel intimate, special, and unforgettable.
